GNR8's founder, Kate O'Laughlin, began her career as an in-house attorney for Atlassian, a fast-paced private tech company. After going through a successful IPO, Kate worked for a variety of tech companies across all stages and sectors as a lawyer with Orrick’s Technology Companies Group. She then moved into the role of Managing Director of Tech & Investment changing her focus from practicing law to client development.

Kate continues her work for global law firms, driving tech client acquisition, expansion and satisfaction.
